About

Eight years leading engineering. The recent work is production AI.

For the last eight years I have led engineering organizations. That includes standing up a team from zero in a hypergrowth operation, running delivery across several scrum teams in logistics and healthcare, and leading globally distributed organizations of about 50 engineers and eight pods across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

The recent stretch is AI leadership inside that same job. I have shipped production systems that retrieve context, choose a next step, and call tools, with tests and a person still approving what goes live: an SOP knowledge assistant, a customer-support copilot, and an event-driven operations workflow. Support information lookup fell by as much as 60–90%. I also set how GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code are allowed into daily engineering work.

The operating record under that leadership includes a multi-tenant SaaS platform with more than 10 million active users, NPS moving from about 60% to about 85%, and a data platform moved to Snowflake with about 10× reporting speed and about 40% lower infrastructure cost. I have also led an engineering division of about 30 senior developers, including hiring, architecture, and those AI adoption rules.

I write from that practice. LinkedIn and GitHub are the public links.
